Compensation Agreement. You will be paid on 23rd of each
month. In addition, you will receive reimbursement for
the installation and monthly billing of one residence
telephone line. Your employment with Eagle Business Solutions
will be at-will and may be terminated either by you or
by Eagle Business Solutions at any time with or without
cause. This offer is contingent upon your review and acceptance
of our Standard Employee Agreement, a favorable response
from your references, and our review and verification
of your identity and employment authorization documents
as set forth in the Immigration Reform and Control Act.

We are pleased to offer you a position as a Consultant
with Eagle Business Solutions, Inc., starting on or about
February 1, 2008. You will be compensated at an hourly
rate of $65.00 for the hours you actually work, payable
on our regular semi-monthly paydays which ordinarily will
be on the 8th and 23rd of each month. You will not be
paid for time or hours you do not actually work, such
as holidays, sick days, vacation days, time between assignments,
etc. Your regularly scheduled workweek will be eight hours
each day, five days per week. However, this schedule is
subject to modification at the discretion of Eagle Business
Solutions. Your employment with Eagle Business Solutions
will be at-will and may be terminated either by you or
by Eagle Business Solutions at any time with or without
cause. |

MARKETING
COMPENSATION AGREEMENT
Plan Description: Effective January 1, 2008
you will be compensated on a Commission only basis for
professional services and permanent placement revenue
billed to the Client(s) assigned to you. In addition,
you will receive reimbursement of a monthly car allowance
of $100.00 and approved monthly business expenses not
to exceed $100.00. The Marketing Compensation Plan will
be administered as follows: · This compensation plan
covers January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. The
Company reserves the right to change the components
and compensation elements of this plan beginning January
1, 2009.

Performance
and Salary Review Policies and Procedures
Eagle's policy is to conduct an initial 6 month
performance review for all new employees. Input from the
client, the employee, and Eagle peers is used to prepare
a formal, written evaluation. The evaluation is reviewed
with the employee by their immediate Eagle Manager, who
may be either an Account Manager or a Technical Director.
For senior staff members, the presentation is normally
performed by office management. |

RECRUITER
COMPENSATION AGREEMENT
Effective January 1, 2008 your annual salary will
be $XX,XXX. In addition to your annual salary, you will
be paid bonuses for new hires. Bonus amounts will be calculated
on a monthly basis for three (3) separate categories of
hires: 1. Salaried employee; an Eagle W-2 employee who
receives an annual salary and is eligible for benefits.
2. Hourly employee; an Eagle W-2 employee who receives
an hourly pay rate for only the hours worked. 3. Permanent
placement; A client pays Eagle Business Solutions a placement
fee for the identification and placement of a full time
permanent employee. This provision does not apply to employees
that are hired by a client on a right-to-hire permanent
basis. |
